Message	every time you test? Otherwise shouldn't common sense dictate you didn't go from ~40k miles to 146k between smog tests. I realize common sense =/ government..but maybe you can show some type of pattern with receipts. Wouldn't your results show something really obvious like this: 2004 - 42k miles 2005 - 44k 2006 - 146k 2007 - 48k etc.. I have no actual helpful input, just curious...this sounds like a huge headache. '91 TT
